Tess Lewis is a sustainability professional with expertise in the design and implementation of climate change strategies, decarbonisation projects, carbon portfolio evaluation, internal carbon pricing mechanisms, and sustainability disclosure and reporting. Holding a Senior Decarbonisation role at IGO Limited, Tess is committed to the transition to a low carbon, sustainable future by introducing resilient and sustainable solutions within the mining industry. She is passionate about thinking differently in our approach to business-as-usual, including the integration of ESG valuation metrics and the transformation to purpose-led businesses that create shared value for all. Tess recently graduated from the Cambridge Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business and is currently completing her Masters in Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge.
