Sean McGinnis has over 25 years of industry experience including product development, quality, operations, product support, new product introduction, machine and technology sales, strategic account management, research and a P&L role associated with business turnaround. Sean’s experiences within Caterpillar span agricultural, construction, shared services, and mining, which constituted substantial international travel and dealer engagement. His current role is Vice President and General Manager – Technology and Global Sales Support, growing mining client collaboration through solutions by providing the overall best value proposition to our mining customers. Sean holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
