John Essegbey is the manager of Mining Market Innovation and Sensing at Cummins Inc. He has over 15 years of experience in the energy and industrial sector, including energy development, power grid automation and supervisory controls, systems integration, strategic planning and product development. John has been involved in developing Cummins Energy Transition’s response for sustainable mining and is committed to the innovation of power solutions that accelerate decarbonisation in this critical industry. John received his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and his Master of Business Administration from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.
