Adam Garczynski is a senior project leader at Rethink Mining (CMIC) with over 25 years of experience successfully delivering capital projects throughout Australia and Papua New Guinea worth over $7.3 billion. An advocate for change, Adam specialises in the implementation of mining technology, innovation and net-zero projects in open-pit and underground mining environments.  Adam has first-hand experience in deploying initiatives including hard rock mechanical cutting, mechanised development charging, proximity detection and tele-remote conversions (to name a few), and is currently the consortium manager for a game-changing dynamic charging innovation involving seven global mining companies.
